Metallic Black Spray Paint

Meeco's Metallic Black Spray Paint is a high-quality, fast-drying, high-temperature paint rated for use up to 1200°F, making it ideal for wood, pellet, corn, and coal stoves. This versatile 12 oz aerosol can is perfect for stovepipes, masonry, brick, and composite surfaces, providing a durable, heat-resistant finish for metal surfaces exposed to high temperatures. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.


How to Use:  Prep surface by removing all rust, oil and grease from the stove (do not use paint thinner or mineral spirits- these will leave a residue). Shake Paint well. Make sure to apply a primer if your application calls for it. Apply paint 12-15 inches away from surface in a sweeping motion. If air drying allow 5 days to fully cure, if heat curing wait 4 hours then build a small fire approx 482° F for 30 mins.

Additional Info: For best results,  apply multiple thin layers and heat cure. There may be some visible smoke near the stove surface and some unpleasant odor, make sure room is well ventilated.
