Inspired by historic grist mills once found along Kentucky’s rivers and streams, this extension is molded directly from a reclaimed barn beam to capture authentic rustic character. It features deeply weathered woodgrain, tool marks, saw marks, checks, splits, and natural knots—details that reflect the craftsmanship and heritage of early American industry.
The Maduro finish showcases rich, dark tones reminiscent of aged hardwood, combining deep mahogany hues with warm brown undertones and subtle highlights. This finish enhances the natural texture of the beam while adding depth and sophistication to rustic, farmhouse, and traditional interiors.
