Return Policy

Items must be returned in their original packaging, with the RMA Number clearly written on the outer box.

A 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, unless:

The wrong item was shipped

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after the return is received.
Exchange Policy

Items for exchange must be returned in original packaging.

No restocking fee will apply.

The customer is responsible for return shipping, unless the item was incorrect or defective.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:

Contact us immediately before use so we can resolve the issue.

We’ll begin a refund process once your return is approved.

If the damage occurred during shipping, we’ll assist in replacing the item or a refund will be issued.
Custom & Personalized Products

Custom and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Clearance/Sale Items

Clearance and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Please Note: ALL items returned for exchange or refund are to be returned unused in their original packaging, or they will not be accepted.
Consumable products cannot be returned for any reason.
